DC Pop-Up Art Show

So last night after going to see the The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which might I say was even more amazing that I'd imagined, I decided to take a walk to Chinatown and breathe in some parts of the city I've left behind as an adult. I started straight on F Street and noticed a large crowd of people waiting to get into a club but before them was a small group of people scattered about in front of an old club. I think it used to be Platinum. Anyway music was booming from the inside and the doors were wide open so I went and asked the nice man at the door "What's going on here?" and he proceeded to tell me what a pop-up art show was. Title: Carnival

Story: I became inspired to do a piece of work inspired by events synonymous with the summertime.  I think you all would agree that the Carnival or any Carribbean celebration in your neck of the woods would top the list.
